condo locked at all times when you lease, including both sliding glass doors - Please remove all trash from home: refrigerator, freezer, trash, garbage disposal. No dirty dishes to be left in the sink or dishwasher. -No
excessive noise- we want our neighbors want to continue to love us -We
make sure each condo is in spotless clean condition for each new tenant.
At the end of the lease term, we require that the tenant return the
apartment in clean condition. In
the event the tenant decides not to leave the condo in the same spotless
clean condition as upon arrival, the tenant agrees to cleaning charge by a third
party, which is deducted from the deposit upon vacating the condo.
Minimum detail cleaning charge is $120/2 bedroom, $150/3 bedroom. The tenant is responsible for cleaning their condo upon departure or
other arrangement can be made via A Home Suite Home.leaning fee for condo not left in same condition as upon arrival is $150.00. -Tenant is responsible to inform the homeowner of any issues, concerns- damage, cleanliness on the home upon arrival. Failure to notify landlord, will be the obligation of the Tenant for any charges upon departure -All
Rents will be paid prior to arrival. -Refer
